Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any services rendered. Aesthetic results vary from person to person. While we do our best to achieve desired outcomes, results cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for any additional treatments needed to achieve desired outcomes. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on prepaid services or refunds to deposits made on services. Funds can be reallocated to a Spa store credit OR can be used towards the purchase of the different services offered at The Medical Spa.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on products. All sales are final.
There are no refunds on Gift cards. Gift cards must be presented at the time of purchase.
Rescheduling Policy
Please understand these appointments are very difficult to refill last minute or within only 48 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations directly affect our provider’s livelihood so please schedule wisely. A credit card is required to hold your appointment when you book online. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will incur a $100 charge. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until payment is received.
**If you have a medical emergency and must cancel with less than 48 hours notice, please provide your medical receipt and your appointment can be rescheduled for another time with no additional deposit required.
If a scheduled treatment is cancelled with less than 48hr notice, 50%-100% of the treatment cost may be charged.
If a 1hr+ appointment slot is booked and not cancelled or rescheduled with 72hrs notice, this will incur a full apppointment charge or a $100 charge per 30 minutes time slot . (i.e a 1.5hr cancellation will cost $300 or the full treatment cost.)
No-Show or No-call Policy:
Client’s will be required to pay a $200 no show fee. We will flag your account and you will no longer be able to book appointments until the no show fee is paid in full. This no show fee can NOT be applied towards future appointments. If we are unable to process the charge to the card on file, you must provide another form of payment to settle this outstanding fee. You will not be able to book another appointment until that is completed.
